Nexus Drives Insurance Market Standards Higher
14 April 2007
Nexus, the largest Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) in the Middle East, today announced plans to create a Business Practice Servicing Team to assist its internal sales force in a drive to enhance customer service levels.
The role of the Business Practice Servicing Team will be to assist Nexus’ sales force in ensuring seamless service when a client buys an insurance policy.
Because insurance is a heavily regulated industry, there is a lot of documentation needed following a purchase. The Business Practice Servicing Team will contact clients direct to arrange paperwork, relieving the sales team of this task and ensuring a smoother faster process. The Team is due to launch in Q3 2007.
"This announcement demonstrates Nexus' continuing commitment to ensuring our clients experience the highest standard of customer service," said Sharon Gardner, Operations Director at Nexus. "It demonstrates we are fulfilling our promise to understanding each client and company's unique financial situation."
The Business Practice Servicing Team will compliment Nexus' existing Business Conservation Unit which ensures clients wishing to make a claim or close a policy are properly advised before doing so to ensure that they retain maximum value on their policies.
Sometimes making a claim can result in penalties and Nexus ensures that its clients receive professional advice from the experienced Business Conservation Unit Team on how to make cost-effective claims and to retain important benefits.
Launched in September 2006, Nexus is the largest IFA brokerage in the region employing more than 250 professional and independent advisors. It has offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Bahrain, with plans to expand across the region and ultimately internationally.
