Training
Nexus is unique in the MENA region in that it is affiliated to the United Kingdom's Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), and is the CII's strategic partner for the development of qualifications in the Middle East. This affiliation underpins Nexus' commitment to training its own staff and indeed advisers within the region.
Nexus' Adviser Training programme is the most advanced of its kind in the region. Nexus is alone in ensuring that its consultants have completed a rigorous course of training and development covering ethical selling and product knowledge. Nexus' consultants are only permitted to advise clients after successful completion of testing. In addition, Nexus offers Continous Professional Development (CPD) to all staff as part of their annual training programme.
In addition, Nexus training and development is strongly supported by visiting
external trainers, well experienced in their particular fields, to further
strengthen the quality and variety of the training provided.
