Job Responsibilities
Function as point of contact with key corporate accounts. Tasks & responsibilities are to actively manage the client’s policy daily (other than claims and additions/deletions) and maintain a regular relationship with the customer.
Main tasks:
- Implementing/onboarding new business
- Checking policy documents and respective documentation prior to releasing to clients whilst providing a prompt service to clients
- Arranging induction/roll out session to clients
- Arranging wellness sessions with providers to large key clients when deemed necessary or by request
- Visiting clients on quarterly basis with consultant or directly
- Working on renewals by following up terms with Insurers 45 /60 days prior to expiry or more based on client request or requirement & arrange alternative quotations if required
- Submitting a comparison to the client and engaging in negotiations
- Assisting client with additions/deletion escalation by coordinating with insurer
- Providing assistance/procedures to all clients for their tailored insurance policies in regard to reimbursement processes, authorizations, general enquiries etc. by providing them with the necessary information/procedure templates, etc
- Manage all email inquiries in a timely manner and within our strict parameters
- Managing any complaints through emails to maintain records and consult with Compliance Dept., while escalating internally
Communications with external parties:
- Insurers : All insurance providers on the Nexus panel.
- Clients: Designated Key Corporate clients.
