We are looking for an experienced General Insurance Snr Sales Executive to join our Kuwait team. Experienced in dealing with all lines of General Insurance, (Employee Benefits, Medical, Personal Lines & Commercial Lines) for individuals, independents, SME & Corporate clients, and their insurance requirements.
Based in our Kuwait Office, you will provide insurance solutions and support our financial advisers by utilising excellent and in-depth knowledge of the General Insurance (GI) products we distribute and internal /external policies and procedures.
- Build GI Portfolio through your existing clients and connections
- Handle and resolve queries raised by financial advisers and GI Clients
- Provide GI Clients with insurance solutions that fit their needs (from quotation to policy implementation)
- Service a portfolio GI Clients (policy renewal, claims, endorsement, premium payment collection…)
- Interact on a regular basis with our insurance partners and our GI Clients to ensure best service
- Maintain GI Client and policy data securely and within our internal system
- Demonstrate a “can do” mindset and a professional attitude is mandatory
What we are looking for:
- Prior experience in a General Insurance Sales & client servicing role in the insurance industry with underwriting & policy implementation.
- Ideally 5 to 8 years’ experience
- Familiar with insurance providers operating within the local market, their products and processes, especially properties and casualty insurance
- Able to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Be able to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Fluent in English, and any other European language is an asset
- Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook
- CII is a plus
