About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and
detail-oriented Investment Advisory Operational Assistant to
support our Investment Advisory team in managing client portfolios, reporting,
and operational processes.
This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth
day-to-day operations, accurate portfolio reporting, and efficient coordination
between consultants, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Investment Advisory Support
- Prepare
and maintain daily reporting related to client portfolios and investment
advisory activities.
- Assist
in preparing client investment reports, portfolio summaries, and
presentations.
- Support
the monitoring of portfolio performance and compilation of periodic
reports.
Operational Coordination
- Schedule
and coordinate client meetings for the Investment Advisory team.
- Maintain
regular communication with NIB consultants to support the Funds
Under Management (FUM) conversion process.
- Coordinate
with internal teams including Compliance, Operations, and Finance for
smooth processing of investment transactions.
Data Management
- Ensure
accurate updating of client records and investment data within internal
systems and databases.
- Assist
in preparing management dashboards and reports related to advisory
performance and FUM.
Documentation & Compliance
- Track
client documentation including onboarding forms, KYC, and
investment-related paperwork.
- Maintain
proper filing and records in line with company policies and regulatory
requirements.
- Follow
up with consultants and clients for pending documentation or required
information.
Administrative Support
- Provide
operational and administrative support to the Investment Advisory
leadership team.
- Assist
in managing operational issues or discrepancies in client investment
records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related
field.
- 2–4
years of experience in financial services, wealth management, investment
operations, or banking support roles.
- Strong
organizational and coordination skills.
- High
attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability
to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
