Sales Administration Assistant
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administration Assistant to provide dedicated support to a Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated administrative support to the Sales Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, files and documentation
- Manage and update internal databases with client, personal, business and financial information
- Process new client accounts and life insurance applications promptly and in compliance with regulatory standards
- Compile, review and organize necessary documentation to support sales operations
- Liaise with clients and internal departments to follow up on outstanding items and close files efficiently
- Prepare regular sales reports, presentations and proposals to support business development efforts
- Coordinate team activities and provide support to colleagues as needed
- Handle diary management, scheduling meetings, appointments and calls for the Sales Manager
- Assist with planning and execution of promotional campaigns, events, and client initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a similar administrative support role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-first attitude
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in records, documentation and communication
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with CRM or office management software
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload accordingly
- Degree in Business Administration is a plus
- Must have excellent command of the English language (read, write and understand), any other language would be considered an asset
