We are looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Sales Manager to join our Commercial Lines (CL) team. Experienced in dealing with all Commercial/Corporate Lines of insurance for independents, SME’s & corporate clients, and their insurance requirements.
Based in our Dubai Office, you will represent Nexus to Corporate clients and provide insurance solutions and support our financial advisers by utilizing your excellent and in-depth knowledge of the Commercial Lines insurance products we distribute, and internal /external policies and procedures.
- Build CL Portfolio through your existing clients and connections
- Handle and resolve queries raised by financial advisers and CL Clients
- Provide CL Clients with insurance solutions that fit their corporates needs (from quotation to policy implementation)
- Service a portfolio CL Clients (policy renewal, claims, endorsement, premium payment collection…)
- Interact on a regular basis with our insurance partners and our CL Clients to ensure best service
- Maintain CL Client and policy data securely and within our internal system
- Demonstrate a “can do” mindset and a professional attitude is mandatory
What we are looking for:
- Prior experience in a CL client servicing role in the insurance industry with underwriting, policy implementation & claim management.
- Ideally 5 to 8 years’ experience
- Familiar with insurance providers operating within the local market, their products and processes, especially properties and casualty insurance
- Able to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Be able to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Fluent in English, and any other European language is an asset
- Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook
- CII is a plus
